Some practises will involve genital touch, and there will be at least one guided self-pleasure practice.
While I ask you to commit to practising, everything is an invitation and you get to explore what feels good for you. You always get to refuse and say “no” and your body is the boss.
Your commitment to practising means that you enter with a willingness to explore and to bounce your own boundaries. I trust you to know what your own personal edge is and when you need to stop.
With any of the exercises, work within any physical limitations or conditions that you have.

No. This course is designed to be gentle, realistic, and doable even if you're overloaded. You can stop and start any time you want to. Trust you'll get exactly what you need.
I ask that you make a commitment to the process itself, which could mean that some exercises just don’t feel right for you or your body tells you “no”. That’s awesome, trust that! Your commitment is to the process itself, to PRACTISING, and being with whatever comes up rather than doing everything “correctly”.
No. I use many elements and exercises from neo-tantra (which is the tantra that is mainly practised in the West that isn’t the same as classical Indian or Tibetan tantra), but this is not a tantra course. I will talk about our sex and spirit connection but I aim to use inclusive and accessible language. I do not use terms like “divine feminine” and “divine masculine”.
Then you're in exactly the right place! These tools are designed for exactly that. Long term shutdown often needs safety, compassion, and small, doable steps. This bundle gives you all of this.
That's a tricky question as trauma works differently for everyone, for me to try and guarantee that you will never be triggered or re-traumatized from any of my courses would both not be realistic, or empowering to you. That said, all my courses I have designed with a focus on you being in the driver's seat, you always being in choice, and you getting to decide what is best for you. My courses work best for people who've done some sort of therapy, coaching, or development work before where you know how to take care of yourself if you get activated. I also don't believe in being sooooo trauma-informed about sex, that you avoid using certain words or phrases, or try to wrap people in cotton wool. I invite you to trust yourself and your own decisions here. Many trauma survivors have done years in therapy to process the pain, and then they want to explore what pleasure and delight looks like for them. To step into possibility and joy. My hope is this short course will help you realize how doable and accessible pleasure of ALL kinds gets to be in your life. You don't need to do hundreds of hours of tantra training, fly off to Bali to a retreat, or heal every single trauma your body could possible be holding onto to access pleasure right now. In this moment.

There are 8 different practices that you can drip feed each day. You can choose to do 1 practice per day, or even zone in on 1 per week. Make it your own, and take it at your own pace. You'll find yourself coming back to some practices more than others and deepening them.
Look after your body and mind. If you have any physical mobility issues, pain, or generally any physical limitations-- please listen to that! Everything can be adapted and tweaked, and I'm trusting you to know your own limits and take precious care of your fleshy vessel. Similarly if anything is triggering or activating for you, please take care of yourself. There is no white knuckling it here, take precious care of yourself and do what you need to do. The beauty of this work is you get to be in charge. No more fawning or appeasing, you're in the driver's seat and get to stop or start any time you want to.
Have a beginner's mindset and stay curious. Some days will feel different than others, and that's normal. Some days will feel ecstatic, other days will feel, "meh". This is living in a human body, having a human experience.
Remember that everything is cumulative. Meaning that each time you practise-- no matter how short or how long the gap is in between-- it all adds up. It all counts, nothing is wasted.
You can adapt and tweak everything to suit you, that's the beauty of it. You might want to adapt a breathing technique or movement, you might want to change an affirmation, or do something squatting rather than sitting. Do it. Follow your impulses. Your body is boss, not me.
You don't have to take it so seriously: Let it be fun! I know I know, you've paid money for this course and you're serious about your growth. What I mean is that if you're here, you probably get all up in your head about doing sex "right" or doing anything "right". Well, let's hold that mentality gently. What if this gets to be indulgent, silly, pillow princess energy?

I unpack why numbness is not a sign of failure but often a sign your body is giving you real, usable information.
We dive into cultural conditioning, physiology, the freeze response, and how numbness often reflects your nervous system trying to protect you. You’ll learn why the goal isn't to force sensation, but to meet your body with curiosity, slowness, and tenderness.
I cover:
Why cultural and personal conditioning often create low awareness in the vulva, making numbness extremely common.
Why many people respond to numbness by trying harder (clenching, pressing, forcing), which reduces sensation further.
Vulvas are culturally hidden and stigmatized, contributing to disconnection, shame, and lack of embodied awareness.
Physiological factors such as pelvic floor tension, pain, low blood flow, childbirth effects, or nerve issues can contribute.
Numbness is still a sensation — awareness of numbness is progress and offers useful data.
The freeze response (explained through polyvagal theory) often underlies numbness, functioning as a protective mechanism.
Freeze contains high amounts of undischarged energy or emotion, even if it feels like “nothing.”
Somatic theory emphasises the body’s natural drive toward completion and resolution when given space and gentleness.
Self-compassion, slowness, tenderness, and attuned self-touch help thaw numbness more effectively than force.
Numbness may reflect past trauma, current stressors, physiological realities, or a mix — and none of it means you’re broken.
