Are you ready to feel sexy again… on your own terms?
Are you craving more pleasure, more spark, more aliveness—but in a way that fits your life and your schedule?
Everyday Bliss is here for you.
This is a self-paced digital course designed to help you ignite your pleasure and reconnect with your sexual energy anytime, anywhere.
Even if the weather is grey outside (hello, British drizzle), you can turn up the heat from the inside out—all year round.
And the best part? You already have everything you need inside you.
This course simply helps you remember.
It’s time to turn up the heat on the inside and get back into what feels DAMN GOOOOOD. It’s all about pleasure and what turns YOU on!
Even if the weather is terrible where you live side eyes the British weather we can make it HOT for you on the inside.
And the best thing? It’s all inside you right now, you just need support to re-discover it.
Roll around on a tropical beach in a sarong licking mangoes (unless that just really turns you on!)
Change your body in any shape or form in order to conform to beauty standards
Commit to hours of tantric practices and jade eggs
Change your name to anything sanskrit.
Be able to have multiple splooshing energy orgasms
In fact, you don’t even need any former experience in tantra or sacred sexuality either.
Come just as you are, right now.
Everyday Bliss isn’t sex advice and it isn’t “10 ways to blow his/her/their mind”
You know that it starts with you and you know you want to put your needs, wants, and desires first.
If you’re like the women and vulva havers come to this work, you’ve probably initially tried to “spice up” your sex life before you realized that it was actually you who needed it.
Your pleasure isn’t just your birthright, it is inherently part of you and all you need is help re-discovering it.
"The biggest takeaway for me was learning to connect with my body using practical exercises and being encouraged to just feel. This course was a wonderful introduction to self and pleasure because it helped me explore and teach myself what feels good to me and reconnect my mind to my body."
"I joined the course with the intention to wake up my libido. I have started to see many emotions coming up in this work. At the beginning I didn't expect to have any impact on my libido but slowly I could feel it waking up. I have new practices in place that I will continue doing. I now know it is possible to get my libido back."
"It has been wonderful to spend time with Lucy - she brings an openness and acceptance to people's experiences and a great sense of fun which encourages me to be playful and find enjoyment in sex and pleasure. I really appreciate her wisdom in helping me slow down and listen to what my body needs even in simple everyday things. I feel less shame and accessing pleasure seems easier!"

This isn’t about reading theory or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about EXPERIENCING pleasure in your own body, at your own pace.
You’ll get:
9 guided pleasure practices (video & audio)
Body-based exercises from neo-tantra, taoism, somatics, and sexology
Journaling prompts to deepen your reflection and connection
Guided self-pleasure explorations (always optional, always on your terms)
Embodied tools like breathwork, meditation, movement, and sensual touch
Everything is an invitation: your body is the boss. You get to explore what feels right for you on your own terms.
Everyday Bliss isn’t about learning more theory. This will be highly EXPERIENTIAL and EMBODIED. Meaning you actually need to commit to PRACTISING.
We will be doing various pleasure and body-based exercises from:
Neo-tantra
Taoism
Sacred sexuality
Sexology
Somatics
Some practises will involve genital touch, and there will be at least one guided self-pleasure practice.
While I ask you to commit to practising, everything is an invitation and you get to explore what feels good for you. You always get to refuse and say “no” and your body is the boss.
Your commitment to practising means that you enter with a willingness to explore and to bounce your own boundaries. I trust you to know what your own personal edge is and when you need to stop.
With any of the exercises, work within any physical limitations or conditions that you have.
✔️ Start anytime, go at your own pace
✔️ Watch each video and try out the practices
✔️ Revisit the materials as often as you like
✔️ See how your life changes
You don’t need to show up live, you don’t need to perform, and you don't need ANY previous experience in tantra or meditation.
This is YOUR time, YOUR space, and YOUR pleasure.
The spark is already inside you, let's ignite it
I would say minimum 30 minutes which includes the video or audio, practising, and writing how it felt. You can also split the time during the day too.
No. This course is designed to be gentle, realistic, and doable even if you're overloaded. You can stop and start any time you want to. Trust you'll get exactly what you need.
I ask that you make a commitment to the process itself, which could mean that some exercises just don’t feel right for you or your body tells you “no”. That’s awesome, trust that! Your commitment is to the process itself, to PRACTISING, and being with whatever comes up rather than doing everything “correctly”.
No. I use many elements and exercises from neo-tantra (which is the tantra that is mainly practised in the West that isn’t the same as classical Indian or Tibetan tantra), but this is not a tantra course. I will talk about our sex and spirit connection but I aim to use inclusive and accessible language. I do not use terms like “divine feminine” and “divine masculine”.
Then you're in exactly the right place! These tools are designed for exactly that. Long term shutdown often needs safety, compassion, and small, doable steps. This bundle gives you all of this.
That's a tricky question as trauma works differently for everyone, for me to try and guarantee that you will never be triggered or re-traumatized from any of my courses would both not be realistic, or empowering to you. That said, all my courses I have designed with a focus on you being in the driver's seat, you always being in choice, and you getting to decide what is best for you. My courses work best for people who've done some sort of therapy, coaching, or development work before where you know how to take care of yourself if you get activated. I also don't believe in being sooooo trauma-informed about sex, that you avoid using certain words or phrases, or try to wrap people in cotton wool. I invite you to trust yourself and your own decisions here. Many trauma survivors have done years in therapy to process the pain, and then they want to explore what pleasure and delight looks like for them. To step into possibility and joy. If this is you too, then welcome.

A meditation and guided practice to bring you back to pleasure.
The raw file from a podcast episode: this is for you if when doing any of the practices you feel numb or nothing, or you find yourself shutting down your pleasure or arousal.
I explore what it really means when you do practices like Hand Heart Vulva or Feel Again -- or any tantric, embodiment, or self-connection work -- and instead of pleasure, you feel numbness, blankness, or just... nothing. I unpack why numbness is not a sign of failure but often a sign your body is giving you real, usable information.
We dive into cultural conditioning, physiology, the freeze response, and how numbness often reflects your nervous system trying to protect you. You’ll learn why the goal isn't to force sensation, but to meet your body with curiosity, slowness, and tenderness.
I cover:
Why cultural and personal conditioning often create low awareness in the vulva, making numbness extremely common.
Why many people respond to numbness by trying harder (clenching, pressing, forcing), which reduces sensation further.
Vulvas are culturally hidden and stigmatized, contributing to disconnection, shame, and lack of embodied awareness.
Physiological factors such as pelvic floor tension, pain, low blood flow, childbirth effects, or nerve issues can contribute.
Numbness is still a sensation — awareness of numbness is progress and offers useful data.
The freeze response (explained through polyvagal theory) often underlies numbness, functioning as a protective mechanism.
Freeze contains high amounts of undischarged energy or emotion, even if it feels like “nothing.”
Somatic theory emphasises the body’s natural drive toward completion and resolution when given space and gentleness.
Self-compassion, slowness, tenderness, and attuned self-touch help thaw numbness more effectively than force.
Numbness may reflect past trauma, current stressors, physiological realities, or a mix — and none of it means you’re broken.
