What we’ll do:

Summer of Bliss is a 9 day virtual summer camp/challenge. (I initially was going to call it a “challenge” but then I realized “summer camp” felt sooooo much more fun!)

We start on Saturday August 9th with an opening circle and workshop.

Then from the 9th-10th, you will be given a challenge of an exercise to practise in the form of a video or audio and a handout to journal on.

On the 11th, we’ll have a closing and celebration circle including a “dirty singoff”-- think a choir or karaoke of smutty pop songs.

There will be either a Slack channel or Telegram group for community and support in between.

I require full confidentiality for everybody who attends to keep it a safer space.


Exercises we will do:

Summer of Bliss isn’t about learning more theory. This will be highly EXPERIENTIAL and EMBODIED. Meaning you actually need to commit to PRACTISING.

We will be doing various pleasure and body-based exercises from: 

  • Neo-tantra

  • Taoism

  • Sacred sexuality

  • Sexology

  • Somatics

It will involve:

  • Meditations and neuro-sensory exercises

  • Breathing exercises

  • Movement

  • Some practises will involve genital touch, and there will be at least one guided self-pleasure practice. 

While I ask you to commit to practising, everything is an invitation and you get to explore what feels good for you. You always get to refuse and say “no” and your body is the boss. 

Your commitment to practising means that you enter with a willingness to explore and to bounce your own boundaries. I trust you to know what your own personal edge is and when you need to stop. With any of the exercises, work within any physical limitations or conditions that you have. 

Both of our group calls will be fully clothed. 

You are invited to share as much or as little as you want in the communal space, with the strict caveat that this space is 100% confidential. Any breach of this and the person will be asked to leave.

The schedule:

We will have 2 live workshops that will both be held at: 4-6pm BST, 5-7pm CEST, 11am-1pm EDT, 8am-10am PDT

Saturday August 3:

Welcome circle and workshop. This is where we meet, set our intentions, and start practising.

August 3-10:

Daily pleasure challenges in the form of an audio or video with a handout. 

Sunday August 11: 

Closing circle. Gratitude, celebrations, and dirty singoff.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to do the practices every day?

I would say minimum 30 minutes which includes the video or audio, practising, and writing how it felt. You can also split the time during the day too.

I’m going to be on holiday then, can I still come?

YES! It’s all online so you can tune in from anywhere. I will record parts of the opening and closing circle if you need to catch up. The times for the live calls will suit people in European, African, and US timezones

Can I bring my partner along to calls?

This is for women and vulva havers only. If you’re in a queer relationship you can attend with your partner but as individual participants. If you can, I recommend using separate devices to call in. This is all about you and YOUR pleasure.

What if I can’t do all the exercises?

I ask that you make a commitment to the process itself, which could mean that some exercises just don’t feel right for you or your body tells you “no”. That’s awesome, trust that! Your commitment is to the process itself, to PRACTISING, and being with whatever comes up rather than doing everything “correctly”.

Is this tantra?

No. I use many elements and exercises from neo-tantra (which is the tantra that is mainly practised in the West that isn’t the same as classical Indian or Tibetan tantra), but this is not a tantra course. I will talk about our sex and spirit connection but I aim to use inclusive and accessible language. I do not use terms like “divine feminine” and “divine masculine”.
